Second Expert Group Meeting on Enhancing Regional Connectivity through Trade and Investment: Towards Regional Arrangement for the Facilitation of Cross-border Paperless Trade

To follow-up on the discussions held in the first EGM held in March and to ensure delivering the best draft text of a regional arrangement, including a Explanatory Note, for member consultation.
