The meeting is part of a larger project aiming to develop a guide for paperless trade facilitation for SMEs and build national governments' capacity to implement paperless systems for cross-border trade and transport facilitation. It will take place on 23 September 2014 at the UN Conference Centre in Bangkok, Thailand as a back-to-back event of the Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum 2014.
