Exporter enters data into the online system.(withattached scan documents)  Form FTA Request form  Invoice  Bill of Lading (B/L)  Certificate of origin  Form FTA (draft) 2. Exporter prepares document and send to the Thai chamber of commerce for Form FTA. 3. Officer receives documents and verifies data. If it’s not correct, Exporter has to modify and send it again. If it’s correct, Officer creates and approves Form FTA. 4. Exporter makes payment for fee and receives Form FTA.

Output Criteria to Exit the Business Process: -Exporter gets Form FTA and send to Importer in the next step.
