Activities and Associated Documentary Requirements: 1. VCLFD sends a letter to the importer expressing interest for farm's site inspection 2. Upon mutual agreement on the date and time, a site visit is undertaken by the VCLFD, VCTD, VCCD 3. Following the site visite, VCLFD and VCTD prepare the import permission certificate stating the annual permitted quota of animal feed import by the farm.
